Project Details

This project is a 61,350 SF self-storage facility on a 7.9 commercially zoned parcel. The property is comprised of two separate parcels and will be accessed from an existing state roadway.

Site improvements include construction of four drive-up self-storage buildings, one climate controlled self-storage building with an office, a new 24ā€™ access driveway, a 13-stall parking lot, 15ā€™ drive aisles around the storage buildings, utility connections, landscape plan, site lighting, and a stormwater management facility.

The attention to detail that he demonstrated on as-builts, and recordkeeping were excellent, and he was very knowledgeable with meeting all ADA requirements.
