What began in 1991 as a one-person civil engineering firm, has grown to more than 70 employees and four locations. I am proud to say that throughout this growth, our core values and commitment to provide quality engineering and surveying services has not changed.

As the sole employee when the firm opened, I could make unilateral decisions! One of my first tasks was to develop “Keller Engineers’ Guiding Principles”. Making the cut is…Keller Engineers’ approach will be project-centered rather than profit-centered.
This guiding principle continues to be practiced by our team today. It ensures our clients receive personal service from experienced engineers and technical personnel who are dedicated to producing quality designs and projects with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
