Construction Inspection and Management

A team approach to Project Success.

Our professionals know the importance of compliance with permitting requirements and environmental protection, utility coordination, equipment delivery times, construction work site limitations, and the interdependency of those issues with the construction schedule. Additionally, they understand that successful engineering projects are delivered by providing quality work, and during construction, a great deal of the work is buried underground; therefore, we need to be certain it was completed with the utmost integrity.

Keller Engineers offers complete Construction Inspection and Management Services, providing full time or periodic services based upon the client’s needs. During construction the inspector represents the client as the project’s eyes and ears. Our inspectors provide quality assurance and quality control, and coordinate with all project stakeholders to institute a team approach to project delivery.

Our inspectors receive annual training to renew their certifications and stay current with construction specifications and materials, new material sampling and testing procedures, and maintain certifications from the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET), the Northeast Center for Excellence in Paving Technology (NECEPT), the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS).
