West Providence Township Municipal Authority
The purpose of this project was to eliminate/reduce Inflow & Infiltration from the WPTMA’s collection system. The Authority and the Borough of Everett were under a corrective action plan from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
Contract 1 replaced approximately 8,000 LF of 8” of gravity sewer main, manhole replacement, lateral re-connections, related appurtenances and restoration.
Contract 2 replaced approximately 25,000 LF of 8” gravity sewer main, manhole replacement, lateral re-connections, related appurtenances and restoration.
Contract 3: replaced 3 pump stations.
A new collection system and 3 pump stations were built while maintaining operations of their existing systems.
