Project Details

This project included the design and construction of a 138,000 SF distribution center and a 29,400 SF attached office on 21.7 acres.

Project Uniqueness/Challenges: Project and approval process possessed an aggressive schedule. Keller Engineers achieved the site design and municipal approvals both in less than three months. The project design involved special security provisions due to the content of the building.
