Project Details

Keller Engineers has done numerous development projects for new Rutter’s Farm Stores throughout Central Pennsylvania. Development involves construction of a new convenience store with fueling islands and a car wash. Projects responsibilities have included tasks from each of our five primary divisions: Survey, Land Development, Structure, Transportation, and Water/Wastewater.
