Located in downtown State College, the Fraser Centre is a mixed-use facility featuring retail space, a 158-room Hyatt Place hotel, a restaurant, and 26 residential condos.
This project was in-fill development surrounded by very busy existing conditions including active streets, alleys, and sidewalks.
For over 20 years I have had the privilege of working with Keller Engineers and their staff of surveyors, and civil and structural engineers on over $150 million worth of work.
