Project Details

The site, located in downtown Altoona, was covered by 100% impervious surface. Keller Engineers explored multiple design options to minimize variances needed for a difficult zoning district. The final site design reduced construction costs by utilizing an asphalt overlay of an existing parking lot for more than half the new parking spaces.
