Project Details

Keller Engineers has completed several projects on the Lower Trail for Rails to Trails/Allegheny Ridge Corporation. The Lower Trail is a rail trail located on the former Petersburg Branch of the Pennsylvania Railroad along the Frankstown Branch of the Juniata River.

Project highlights include:

Eleven-mile Lower Trail Gap Study
Four trailside restroom comfort stations
SR 9900 – Improvements to section low
