Gatesburg Road Development, Blair County
The project was a partial renovation and new construction addition to a significant historic property that had been vacant for 15 years. The original wings of the building had to be demolished, but the core with its cupola was saved and restored. The additions were designed to emulate the original wings of the building. The 4-story building was converted into 53 senior apartments with community rooms.
